Tony Raffaelli went above and beyond! We didn't have a lot to spend and he found us the perfect car! The deal we got on the car was insanely good! he made sure we were in the car or our dreams (and then some), without going out of our price range. We were still $500 UNDER what we were aiming to spend, on a car initially out of our price range, and we came out with a car infinitely better than we ever could have imagined! he made sure we were happy because he actually cared, not because he wanted to make money! He even offered me his jacket when we were standing out in the freezing cold! He was honest and upfront with us about everything. when I had to take the car back for to get something fixed he told me if I needed a ride anywhere in the mean time to give him a call and he would be there. Name me a dealership or car dealer who would do that! I would give him 10 out of 5 stars if I could! We will never buy a car from anyone else!
