I decided to head over this way out of a recommendation by a friend. I needed some basic work done on my car and headed this way to see what it was all about. I am usually not impressed with dealers when they do any service on my car but this one takes the cake. The guy who worked on my car was Nelson. He was a super tall guy so I doubt anyone could miss him. I was a bit nervous about what they would say about my car but he was straight forward with all the work that needed to be done. Some things were unavoidable (alignment / brake pads) and others could wait till summer. At the end of my appointment, he showed me how bad my old brakes were worn down and even washed my car. Overall, I had a great experience here even though it took longer than normal. Everything turn out great and my car is running awesome now. I too am a fan of the service department. I just wish their sales team would act more professional around the showroom instead of horsing around. I would highly recommend Nelson to be your service guy at Toyota of Irving. Just ask for him and tell him Alex with the grey Camry sent you in there!
