Let me start by saying that I arrived at the resort on Tuesday, July 27, 2010 approximately 3:45 P.M. I was at the hotel for the summer conference for the County Detectives Assocaition of Pennsylvania. We checked into our room 3101B, Willowbrook. The room was extremely clean and there was lots of room. The unit had a living room with a pull out bed, two couches, flat screen TV, kitchen, and island with four chairs. The bedroom was very large and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was large as well and included plenty of space plus the tub was a hot tube. My daughter & I had a great experience from the time we checked in. On Tuesday night, we have dinner at Bel'lago Restaruant. The meal was outstanding, the portion size was huge and the price very reasonable. The service was top notch. On Wednesday, we had breakfast at the main hotel which was very cheap and the food good. In the afternoon, went to the H2000 Indoor Water Park. Let me begin with the price was around $35.00 and well worth it. While in the waterpark, my daughter & I had lunch. We had two hotdogs, nachos and two soda's for $8.75. Once again, the food was great. We had a splash at the waterpark! Wednesday night dinner, we had a chicken barbecue, corn on the cob, roast beef, hamburgs, hot dogs, salad, and great desserts on the deck of Bel'lago. Prior to and after dinner, there was a live band playing. It was truly well planned and a great time was had by all who attended. Thursday night, we had dinner at Galleria Restaurant and the food was excellent and the pirce was right. I would recommend any family or bussiness to spend time at Split Rock and have a great experience as our group and family did. Two thumbs up!!
