So I spent a lot of money trying to get my darker hair lightened. I have had it done before, but wanted to spend the extra money for what I thought would be a great experience. The girl who did my hair was very nice, but she did not do what I asked her to do. I ended up with the same hair color I started with, only with tiny blonde streaks through it. I could have done that myself for WAY less money. I was pretty unhappy, so I didn't spend much time checking it out there, but when I got home, I noticed I had hair dye all over my ears, and the side of my face that has yet to come off. Even I'm not that sloppy when I do my own hair. For the amount of money that I spent,plus the five hours that it took her, I should have gotten what I asked for, it was not an unreasonable request. I think money would be better spent elsewhere, and I think next time I will try someone else.
