Review content:
After 13 or so years I've had enough. They're just overpriced & offer little as far as customer service/customer satisfaction go. This is the place if you want layers, I'm convinced that's all they (Laura B)know. It's hard to swallow when you go in with the anticipation of coming out with a new or different "do" to come out with yet again, the same blah hair cut (The Rachael are we still in the '90's). You can tell them what you'd like or how much you want trimmed or how you spent the last 6 months growing out your hair/layers for this new look but it goes in one ear & out the other. They get so caught up in conversation that they turn on their autopilot mode & do exactly what you didn't want...AGAIN. Don't bother complaining, they'll only ask you again what is was you wanted & tell you it'll be the right length for that style next time. And DON'T bring your kids here, they charge no differently. The hair styles of some the women who work there are chic, but what about the paying clients?
