I'll put it to you this way. If you have some time to burn and have especially thick skin drive up to this establishment and experience their "customer service" first hand. More specifically, dare to ask any of the staff particularly the owner/manager a question of any kind related to the services they provide. You will leave angry but will have a fantastically entertaining horror story to tell your friends. They are the only salvage yard in the Plano/Allen area, a fact they have not forgotten!
