Review content:
In the past two months, i have had nothing but troouble with this company. When I call, I am on hold for at least 30 minutes each time. The representatives are friendly enough, but when they promise to fix the issue, nothing happens. This includes billing issues and missed pick up dates. As I am typing this, I have been on hold, trying to find out why my neighbors trash was picked up yesterday but mine was not. Last week I waited on hold after getting a discontinue notice and was told that a late fee had been added to my account in error the month previous and that that late fee was now past due. I was told it would be taken off and the account was current. Now this! As soon as I get this straightened out, I am going to change services!
