First I will say that I live out of state and found Sound Ford on the Internet so most of my communication was done over the phone and/or by email. Since the price I negotiated was very good I was concerned I would be faced with a bait and switch routine once I arrived. Not so! To my surprise the vehicle was as described and the terms of the deal were not altered in any way. I found the staff to be friendly, not pushy and overall my new car buying experience was pleasant. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted and the financing I wanted. It's all good in my book.
