I have never before dealt with such an immature and incompetent company as Louise Beck. My AC has been broken for 9 days now when the weather outside has been in the high 90s. The temperature inside the house I am renting from this company is currently 92 degrees. It is completely impossible to get in contact with anyone from this company. They sent an HVAC company, who broke the unit 2 times, to do the repair. In the winter, my heat broke and i was living in 50 degree conditions inside the home which is against regulations. This has been the worst experience of my life as a renter, and I have rented in many cities under both private owners and property management companies.
