Jim Wright and JWC Rentals & Property Management have provided me with rental management services for as many as 44 Fort Hood area rental units since 1978. During that time he and his company have handled tenant qualification, rental collections and disbursements, onsite inspections, maintenance and repairs, and all other local details involved in managing these units, and during that time I have never had an occasion to be dissatisfied with his property management services.
As one of the larger property management companies in the Fort Hood area, he has the staff to handle all aspects of property management and I depend completely on his recommendations and services. He provides comprehensive monthly reports and yearly summaries as well as prompt recommendations regarding required maintenance.
As a former Army officer he understands the importance of keeping the rentals in good condition as well as servicemember needs and issues, which I feel is especially important in serving the Fort Hood military community.
JWC Rentals & Property Management have done an outstanding job managing my rental properties and I can recommend him highly for any type of residential or commercial property management requirement.
