While the French Crullers are terrific. The staff and management SUCK. My first time there I had a coupon for a free half dozen with a purchase of a half dozen or more. So I purchased one dozen donuts to add to my free half dozen. The clerk charged me two at the half dozen price instead on one dozen which is cheaper.
My second and last time there last week I walked in and bought two donuts that came to $2.05 (way to much for two frickin donuts). I gave the girl $2.10. She gave me my bag of donuts and said, "Do you want your nickel back"? What the .......k? I said, "Yes, why wouldn't I"? It's not like I was walking out the door. Clearly, I was standing there waiting for my change. Honestly, I've never seen so many scammers, frauds, and liars in one county as Maricopa. I'm telling you peole, count your change, read your receipts, and don't give anyone money upfront. I have complained to corporate Dunkin Donuts about the two events mentioned. It's funny, people line up for their coffee. The ground coffee sits out on the counter for hours and hours before brewing. That is why their coffee is rank, bitter, nasty and people believe what they are told. Hello, think for yourself peeps.
