I give them a 1 star rating,only because it forced me to give it to them, for ripping off my daughter and son-in-law today! Apparently they have an ad for free tax filing and when my daughter went into get their taxes done, she ended up paying over $230.00 out of her refund amount. She was NOT told up front how much it would cost or she would've left. I've been doing their taxes for free online for 3 years and they offer free tax service on the base so why would she pay $230.00 for somebody else to do it. I think anybody who would do this to another person, but especially active duty military, is an absolute thief! DON'T GO TO H&R BLOCK!!!!
