Review content:
Unprofessional... both supervisors fought w/ each other and were treated badly by Don, the owner. It was clear his attitude toward his employees and clients has trickled down.
Poor communication...didn't finish the job...truck broke down...I also hired them to help w/ packing but didn't show up w/ ANY bubble wrap, knowing we had a lot of glass and pictures. Finbally realized it was because they cover any loss or breeakage on their part at the rate of $1 per lb. What a joke...no wonder they could care less!
I took great care to label each box or item w/ S for storage unti or H for house. They paid no attn. and ended up putting things in storage I can't get to now for the next year. Storage unit was poorly spaced regarding use of space as well.
Workers were nice and helpful but mngmt. and owner ruin the experience. Owner needs to learn how to treat people (incl. employees w/ respect and consideration. Then they might care about their job!
