I've been going to Eye Styles for over 10 years now. I moved about 50 miles south in '06 and I still come back. I love the place. Dr. Christensen is a great doctor.
The staff is second to none. I've gone in there a year after being seen, with NO appointment, just to get my glasses tightened or something and they greet me by name. Hello, Mr. ******. How have you been? what can we do for you today? Now that's after a year and without an appt. to tip them off. I was blown away by that and I've had it happen on more than one occation.
They always ask about my job and my kids. They are very personable and involved with their patients. Once my son had a eye infection and he was scheduled to go out of town the next day. They got him in, took care of him, and got him medication and a pair of glasses to wear because he couldn't wear his contacts for a week. All within a day.
Yes, most of their glasses are very high end but they do have more resonable frames if you are looking for that. I will tell you that I have bought some very high end frames from there, but I have only replaced them because I want to not because I have to. Most of my frames I have last about 3 or more lens changes and then I get bored and change them. You do get what you pay for. My wife has gotten my kids glasses at some of the bargain places and we always HAVE TO replace them by the next exam. $300 for frames that last 3-4 years or $100 frames that you replace every year???
