Review content:
I went here for non-emergent service. In fact, mine was cosmetic (composite-filling of a chipped tooth). As they provide standard dental services, this was not an issue for them. The assessment and anticipated x-rays were declared to me (incl. the maximum possible charges) at the time of appointment scheduling (by telephone). These charges were consistent with the actual charges (I was actually given a discount on them due to the fact I did not have dental ins.; I believe this is likely st'd in the industry). The procedure, alternatives and charges were discussed in full (prior to proceeding) by the dentist and an offc. mngr. in separate conversations. I was able to go straight-on to the procedure after my assessment; I did not need to reschedule as time was available to do so. Once I decided to proceed, they requested I pre-pay for the procedure in full. I was informed that no further charges would apply. The dentist was patient, thorough and professional throughout the entire process. As fine-finishing work was a necessary part, there was no sign of impatience or rushing to complete the process faster than possible; the procedure was not complete until I was fully satisfied with the outcome. In fact, the dentist requested that I take the time to explore that all that needed detailing was addressed. After the procedure (as well as before), the dentist emphasized that I was free to return (at no charge, of course) and have any aspect of the procedure that was still unsatisfactory addressed in full. An itemized receipt was provided by the fully professional and friendly staff.
