Review content:
Neal Bowes is the most friendly and courteous insurance agent I have ever met. Neal is an Allstate representative and he always puts the customer first. He has a talk with every new driver and explains exactly how important it is to drive carefully. His secretary, Melissa is very nice and she will even give you a call to remind you if you forget your bill. They put customers first and even make sure you get a card on your birthday!
