Recently, I visited Fran for a cut & style. I expressed my concerns to her that I wanted my hair to stop looking "straw like and damaged". She recommended that we put a Redken "Shades" glosser on my hair. What a fantastic idea that was. Not only did my hair immediately look healthy, shiny and softer - but it also evened out the color and helped to hide the old faded out color that was still left on the ends of my hair. In my eyes, Fran Pala is a caring, and concerned professional. She seemed to want what was best for me and my specific hair situation and that is the kind of service I seek when getting my hair styled. Thanks Fran for helping me to look my best!
