Very Professional: Called to announce arrival in 30 Min., Arrived with tools in tow, and problem solving his only goal. My main was full of dirty water, and the house could not stand anymore. Electric Rodding begun, awaiting results was unberable, but I will get through this. Finally after a stubborn fight with the lifeblood of my big tree out front, weblike gook was pulled out of the drain. More and more was extracted, then, the drill stuck, panic on my part, but the .Roto man prevailed, and the day was saved. The gook was gone, my wife smiled, I smiled, the basement smiled.
Have to do this and a more regular basis, because I love that shade tree in the yard. Anyway, it's only money.
