I will never recommend this school! The only good thing about this school is the instructors. The administration is incompetent and completely dismissive of the students who have families and other obligations. My wife was enrolled in the nursing school. When she was pregnant the school tried their best to run my wife and several other pregnant students out of the evening program. The best example of this is towards the end of one semester the staff stated that they had to many people scheduled for Saturday clinicals. They asked if anyone was willing to move to Friday clinicals. My wife and several other students volunteered. I arranged my work schedule so that I would be off to watch our children. Then the week before the first Friday clinicals she heard from the other students who had signed up with her that most of them had been switched back to Saturday clinicals. THE SCHOOL NEVER TOLD HER! When she asked the staff about this they gave her the run around. She sent a e-mail to the dean and never got a reply. She repeatedly called the dean and was finally told that she was just out of luck. But the school did allow one of the other students who was also switched from Friday to Saturday clinicals, to switch back to Friday clinicals. Another incident was after my wife had our child the school required a release from her Doctor to go back to school/clinicals. They told her to write her own release and get her Dr to sign it. She did that and turned it in. Then the school notified her that the release my wife had written was not good enough and they needed another one. So my wife had to go through the entire process again. The school again told her the note was not good enough and wanted my wife to write her own medical release a THIRD time. This time my wife asked why the school didn't have a release drawn up by the schools lawyer so that she could get that signed and what she needed to put in the note so that they would approve it. They then rudely told her that she need to read her hand book and hung up on her!
