Review content:
I have been a patient at both Anderson and Royal Dental, which are affiliated. When calling to schedule the appts for my family, I spoke with Vena. She has great customer service skills. She immediately advised me that the cleaning are done based on a diagnosis, which makes sense. I found out that I had to have a deep cleaning which would be done in 3 visits. I wasn't financially prepared but I knew that it was needed. After speaking with a treatment coordinator, I completely understood how others may have been misguided. Anderson cares about teeth and gums. A basic cleaning would allow me to walk out of the office saying that I had a cleaning but it wasn't what was needed. I think the employees are great and make you feel welcome. Why should you go to an office where the employees are walking on egg shells? Live life to the fullest and enjoy those that you come into contact with.
