Businiess name:  Serenity Garden Tea House
Review by:  K R.
Review content:
We went for Mothers day and were hoping that it would be a great treat for her. The service was very slow...we are still waiting for the 2 iced teas and as far as a tea house goes it did not have a selection of teas, only one blend we were told.. English Breakfast Tea. Everyone’s china was chipped and my glass of water still had the last persons lipstick on it. The sandwiches were generally fine but considering there were 4 of us at the table you would have expected to get at least 4 of everything. That was not the case. Apparently they had run out of certain ingredients during the first sitting. Tea which should have been freely flowing was a scarce commodity with us having to wait a long time between pots. The first pot only had enough tea for 3 cups so the 4th person had to wait ~ 20 minutes before they brought another pot of tea. What was really the kicker... there was a 20% gratuity included in the bill. Had the price per person be less and the service good I would not have an issue with the gratuity. I should also point out that our table was not as vocal with the displeasure we felt as compared to another table whose comment was "we must be invisible since we've been here for 30 minutes and still have no soup. Bottom line... steer clear
