My name is Christine Johnson and I am a locator/realtor with DFW Residential Advisors. I am also a former resident of Austin Ranch. I ve toured the community with a number of clients and secured my very first lease with Austin Ranch last week! My experience has always been positive and I am a big fan of the community. My client, Ben Woodring, had pretty specific things he was looking for and Jennifer Kinman nailed it! She was very thorough and precise in her screening all the while explaining the process so it didn t seem invasive or awkward. The goal was to find the best fit for Ben out of hundreds of floorplans and, after looking at only two units, he was sold! I was not only impressed with Jennifer s professionalism and follow through, but her ability to mirror a client with a particularly dry wit. Ben and I toured two communities, Parkside at Legacy & Pradera, prior to Austin Ranch and neither properties offered the same level of connection and interest in the client as Jennifer. As a locator, it is great to have a go to person at a property and Jennifer has already been tagged in my book! Thank you for being so professional and so responsive, Jennifer. You re simply easy to do business with!
