My wife and I eat out almost every Saturday in Atlanta. We wanted to find a restuarant close to our house to eat . So we decided to visit the Vanilla Room. So we paid $24 to get in since it was after ten, which I understand because it is also a club. I told the guy at the front that I wanted to eat dinner. He told me I had to go find a waitress if I wanted to eat. At first I thought he was kidding. So I spent about five minutes looking for a waitress. I finally found a waitress, she then called the same guy over. He left and brought back folding chairs and put them at a table that was at the entrance. The table was partially blocked from a customer from another table which meant one of us would have at back at the entrance and the other in the walk way. I told the guy i didn't want to sit there and could he found another table, he took the chairs and walked off and went back to spot at the entrance. I didn't mind paying to get in since they would have gotten much more money out of me if I had been a regular customer or ate and drank that night. On a positive note the dancing did look fun, but I never got to that point . We left after the guy went back to his place. Don't go to eat! Pros: Close to my home. Cons: Terrible service
