I have been coming to Hairstons for years and I must say even with the great new look you guys still hold the torch to great food and great customer service! I came this year on Valentines Day and it was packed and I believe the kitchen got overwhelmed and there was quite a wait on the dinners. I understood that a lot of the patrons that night I?m sure didn?t. I received a call that week from the manager following up on our experience and apologizing for the delays in dinner as well as an invitation to come back out. I called Jennifer when I was ready to come back out and she set us up and we had a great time .Just like always the food was great, the music was entertaining and the service was perfect! I live on the south side next to many new "mature" establishments were its beautiful on the outside and the service from the management to the staff is absolutely terrible.Hairstons that you all are not! I tip my hat to all of you! Steve the manager has the greatest sincerity in making the customers the greatest asset to the business. See you guys again really soon!
