I purchased 2 garden wall ornaments and needed to return them. 1st I did not receive my charge receipt for my purchase. Only received a register receipt. When I called to advise of this and that I would be returning items, I was told only a store credit would be given. No Way! I was not told this upon purchase. I had even explained that I might have difficulty hanging these wall arts due to the winds in my yard. The Sales Person/Mgr did not mention at that time, that if I return the items that I would only be given a store credit! I do not shop there normally because they are not in my neighborhood. I had just been passing by driving from Las Colinas to my home. I am still waiting for store manager to call me back as she does not work everyday and no one else can handle making an executive decision on this subject. If this does not get credited to my credit card (DS), I will dispute it with DS, & notify BBB and tell everyone I know in the gardening community.
