I have been in pain for about a week. The day before seeing Dr. Horton and her staff I tried another office. They told me I had problems, but they seemed exaggerated and I knew something was not right. So I called Dr. Horton's office for a second opinion. I am so glad I did. The staff understood my pain and sympathized with me. Asked if there was anything they could do to exceed my expectations! Right there I knew this was going to be different! I went in and the office staff treated me kindly and gently. I never felt any pain where at the other place I was near tears. Their diagnosis was different than the other office and I was so relieved! I will recommend this office to anyone that will listen! Finally I will not dread going to the dentist!
