I'll be very candid here. I apologize if I come a little harsh here but it might help to make your place even better. I'd love it if patients are not required to have unnecessary procedures. I really didn't like to have x-ray done on my last visit but my hygienist required me to take one. I'm very confident that I had one done there just about a year ago. She said she couldn't locate it. I think it is important to listen to customers and what they want. The office setting is overall very nice with nice equipments. It'd be better if the suggestions on #13 above are looked into.
