I would like to say Patrick, Josh and Johnny were all three top notch. I will not hesitate to send my frineds and family to Lee's Summit Subaru.
When you spend near or over 40,000 dollars for a car you come to expect a level of service above and beyond the norm. LSS delivered that service level and has exceeded my expectations. My delivery experience was spot on, Josh was knowledgeable about the uncommon car I had purchased and was able to quickly answer my questions about the functionality amd toys included in my Subaru. All forms of communication and the expectations were clearly communicated by patrick and Josh. Johnny was able to answer my questions about financing and even saved me a piont of interest with a coupon he had in the que. I was happy with the upsell pitch and responded in kind.
