I've been close with a number of mechanics in the past, mostly due to cars that I've owned and their need for specialized care. I really stumbled across FPM randomly - they happen to also be close to my house - and have had multiple good servicings from Eli and the crew.
They work fast, cheaply, and are accurate. Yes, Eli will point out whatever you do or may need done, and if you tell him your budget, he'll even prioritize what needs immediate attention, and give you a timeframe for the rest.
His prices have always been lower than other local places.
