very professional. My daughter had her senior pics done here. She was chosen from her school and got some discounts. She never asked for a ring or letterman jacket so this was it. The photographer took his time and never rushed her. She was able to make a couple of extra changes without problem. The whole process was very courtious,professional, and fun. They did tell about the extras that you could purchase, but we were never pressured into buying. We said no and that was it. The only thing I would change would be the time you have the proofs. It would be nice to have them a little longer so you can get family together to make choices.
