I had been in the market for a particular used car and found it at Bertera. I have had experience with several other dealerships in the past, not all wonderful. When I spoke with Brian Hall over the phone, he was very helpful, very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. He was direct and upfront when we spoke, and I really valued that. He provided quick feedback and was very easy to deal with throughout. Specifically, Brian went out of his way to help make the transaction run very smoothly for me. He arranged for an inspection of the vehicle with another local dealership and organized an exchange over three hours away from Bertera to make it convenient for me. All much appreciated. Having completed the deal yesterday, I would have only good things to say about Brian...Many thanks.
