Businiess name:  Kenneth L Hair Co

Review content:
Today I went to my 3:30 appt and arrived at 3:30. Makes sense doesn’t it. I thought so but when I arrived the Receptionist said my hairdresser could not see my since my appt. was at 3:15. I corrected her saying I had even called my husband earlier to confirm it was 3:30 since I had to take the ferry to Seattle for another appt in the morning and did not want to be late. The receptionist's response was, "Oh, you’re the 2nd person that was told the wrong time today....." Apparently this is a normal occurrence at Kenneth L since she was so nonchalant about it. I explained that I had come all the back from Seattle ONLY to get my hair cut since I was turning around and going back to the Bellevue area for a party that eves. The ONLY reason I made the additional $ 30 ferry trip was for this hair appt. and this is why I needed them to keep the appt I made and was confirmed for. The receptionist went to speak to Anna, my hairdresser, now former hairdresser, and then came back and said she would not see me which was unfortunate since I had been going to her for several years. That was it! There was no maybe I can you another stylist since I know you were counting on hair being done for this party. Nothing! Anna did not even have the guts to come out and tell me she was screwing me over in person! What is most ironic about this story is that I honestly cannot remember not waiting for Anna at min. of 15min every time I see her over the past several years. I have never complained and just come to expect she is ALWAYS late. Strange, when Kenneth L Salon ADMITS it is was their error it is just too bad for me, the customer. What is even stranger that there was no one waiting so imagine Anna just wanted to leave early and enjoy the first day of sun. BTW - I came home and re-listened to the confirmation for 3:30 from Becca at Kenneth L. Clearly customer service, and customer retention and customer loyalty doesn't matter to Kenneth L. I encourage you to stay away from Kenneth L.
