Review content:
The negative comments here are exactly opposite to my own experience. I just got my second pair of glasses from them (the first was a few years ago) and the selection, the lenses, and above all the customer service was outstanding both times.
And to the optician who helped me pick out my frames.... I love, LOVE them. Best frame style I've ever had.
My ONLY complaint about the shop is that the lighting is kind of dim. They do need better lights for those blind people like myself who are squinting at the mirrors to see ourselves.
