They take your number, here's you paperwork, pay and out you go! The worst first visit ever! They didn't even explain to me what they thought I needed and what everything on my treatment plan ment after waiting in the consultation room for 25minutes. They let me leave in pain and a swollen jaw, with no antibiotics. I clearly had an issue that the denist, Dr. Mai, didn't care to hear about because he cut me off several times when I tried to tell him my issues/ symptoms. They tried to charge me more than they were supposed to hadn't I said something to the rude receptionist. Sad part is, is that my appointment was in the middle of a week day, not early morning or late afternoon when places are more busy. The only good thing about it is that they showed thier true colored on the first visit. I will NEVER go back there and will advise everyone I know to not go there!
