We had an inside and outside unit replaced....in the space of 6 hours (2.5ton - 13 seer). They were prompt, courteous, thorough, and THEY BILLED ME...ALLOWING ME TO MAKE PAYMENTS. I just did not have $3400 to pay it, so they billed me every dime. I have had this before with them, when the cleaned and rewrapped all my ductwork, and the finance charges were very small. This is a huge blessing for us...and good for them - I pay my bills. Thanks McCords
