Although Yancey Bros. had to change their name to Yancey Home Improvements in the middle of my project, (due to the loss of one of the,"Bros."), the great customer service I recieved never skipped a beat! From my Project Manager, Steve, to my Foreman, Hugo and all the way to the owner, Tom. Each of the people I meet from Yancey during my project exceeded my expectations. Yancey Home Improvements has the reputation of being the," Hilton of Home Improvements", and they did not disappoint. They made all the other contractors I'd dealt with in the past look like the Budget Inn! VERY professional. When they took off my old roof, they discovered the back of my house already had plywood. So my Project Manager gave me a credit of $960. I would of never known about the plywood and he could of just left well enough alone. But he said something to me that has made me a lifelong, "Yanceyman". He said, "The true judge of a man's character is what he will do when no one is looking". And he proved it that day! So if you want a company with true character, honesty and professionalisim, lokk no furture then Yancey Home Imporvements.
