John was my sales rep. Originally I had not even intended to buy anything, I just wanted to test drive the 03 Jetta I was interested in and see if it was something I would like to save up for. Walked in, absolutely no pressure at all. John was great let me drive the car as long as I wanted to check it over, pop'd the hood and looked at it - anything I wanted to do. Car turned out to be a great value at the end, and just couldn't walk away from what they where offering to sell it to me for. Paid less then bluebook for the car. The only irritating thing was the lack of haggle on the price. Talked them down a bit when I agreed to not have them repair the breaks or do the oil change. ( I do those myself. ) Over all it was a great experience buying from Berge. Would do so again.
