Good: I took my car in because i thought i was having transmission issues so they said they would take a look for free and they even dropped me off at home while they did so. They found a couple issues with the engine and referred me to another place. Freddies auto repair who came and picked up the car from Poway trans. And when they were done they dropped it back off to have some axel work done.. Bad: I loved every part of their service. Steve and Karen were just wonderful. They kept in touch with me and kept me up to date at all times.. Improvements: I have no sugestions for improvements. They were wonderful!. Other: They dropped me off and picked me up from my home when everything was done. Getting my car worked on is always a stressful time but with Poway Transmission they really made me feel much more relaxed about the whole thing. I definitely recommend them to anyone. And Freddies repair, they were great!!!! Thank you all!.
