Review content:
We have known Todd since the 1994 Northridge earthquake and are thankful he has been our general contractor ever since. Our Simi Valley home was the first in the neighborhood to be rebuilt from that devastating quake. Todd quickly organized all trades people and worked hand in hand with our insurance company and the city. The rebuild was skillfully completed with superb quality and at an affordable price. Most of all, however, was his confident but reassuring and calming nature during those trying times. In 1997 Todd remodeled our Thousand Oaks home. With our ideas and his suggestions the project turned out even better than we envisioned. As before, this project was affordably priced. Todd will shortly be doing some additional projects on our home and without a doubt, we will be happy with the results. He has and will always be available to answer our questions and address any concerns. Todd is an easy fit for us with his thorough knowledge and down to earth nature.
