A lot of thought goes into whether or not to use the dealership or go to a local repair shop once the vehicle is out of warranty. Usually the decison is based on price but sometimes it is based on trust as well, and trust is something personal between the customer and service advisors. Everytime I've used United to service and repair a problem with my Armada, Shant Ashikan has been very upfront with me on what the issues were and he has never been pushy in trying to pressure me to do things. He is curteous to my decisons and ability to pay. Shant has on two occasions had the shop replace my window tinting that had been scratched. He never argues about whether or not it was still under warranty. He is a good guy to deal with.
