I only went there because my friend recommended them and gave me a 35$ off coupon. Got a cut and hightlights. David did the cut and talked my ear off the whole time, but did a good job. The rest went from bad to worse. The colorist did a bad job with my highlights, they were uneven looking. It was so dark in the place we (yes even the staff complained it was too dark in there) had to go outside to see what my hair looked like. I had to go back TWICE to get the highlights fixed because the woman did such a lazy job.
The woman who washed my hair also did the blow dry, and she was so unskilled and SLOW it took 45 minutes to blow dry my shoulder length hair. I was so frustrated at this point I wanted to scream.
Lastly the whole place is gross, dirty and unhygienic. Every surface covered in grime, I didn't see one brush in sterile solution. When David dropped the brush he was using on the floor he just picked it right back up and kept using it, which is a major health code violation.
I regret going and am never going back. I will stick with my usual salon in ridgewood from now on.
