Review content:
Spend a lot of $$ on the eye make up just to now have to spend more to get it removed and corrected. Though Jenny and her staff are all sweet, this one did not work out too well, including an eye infection, totally lopsided and not the way I wanted it (and I brought pictures!1). I am sorry to say that I can not recommend Shangri-La for permanent eye make up (as in eye liner).
Pros: very sweet
Cons: does not isten well to needs of client
