These guys are pathetic. The owner obviously flags negative reviews, but I'll keep at it. I had a brand new jacket that had a main zipper failure. The manufacturer is a small company that sold out that model, so they couldn't replace it under warranty. They had me send it to BMR for a zipper replacement. It was sent back quickly, but that is the only thing they did right. First they replaced the nice waterproof zipper with a cheap shoddy big toothed thing that belongs on a duffel bag. Then they returned it with food stains on it and a note that said "sorry, we'll replace". On top of that the zipper was sewn in horribly, with stitching all over the place and folds of material sewn together. When I called the owner of the shop to discuss the offer of replacement, he just freaked out and ended up slamming the phone down. Fortunately the jacket manufacturer is replacing the jacket with a new one due to BMR's total incompetence. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR EXPENSIVE OUTDOOR GEAR!
