My son has been receiving treatment with Smile Solutions for over a year now. The staff from the front desk through to the Dr himself are all very polite and accommodating.The billing for my sons treatment was explained clearly to me and I was given a great payment plan for my portion of the costs. The staff are patient with my son and explain procedures clearly to him. He actually looks forward to his appointments, he loves the reward system concept and gets excited about 'earning' coins. I have no complaints at all...treatment with Smile Solutions has left both my son and I with a smile on our face. :)
