Fransisco, Harvey, their boss John and the General Manager were all fantastic! No pressure, very easy to work with, actually enjoyable! Top notch team of professionals. Never have I had an experience as wonderful as working with these gentlemen before when purchasing an auto. I will refer anyone I know in the market for a VW product to Fladeboe VW and to have Fransisco and Harvey assist them. You guys are truly amazing and I appreciate all of your assistance on getting me into my 2011 VW CC. Love the car! Thank you again!
