We had already decided we wanted the windows before our sales visit and he still insisted on spending 4 hours, not leaving until 11pm. The windows seem okay, but are not the quality I expected for the amount we paid. The corner trim that frames one of the glass panes has a gap because the factory didn't properly match two 45 degree angles together. The installers would only hide it with caulking because it was a "cosmetic" issue. The installation crew left my cabinets full of sawdust and left my window boxes with ugly quarter inch gaps in the trim. They were supposed to fix these last time they came out to repair a pane that cracked inexplicably. My complaint is that we scheduled the visit so they could take care of all the repairs at once and I wouldn't have to re-arrange my schedule twice for repairs. The visit was delayed so they could have all the materials ready to go. The day of the appointment, the repair guy apologized because he was on his own and could only replace the cracked pane. He promised he would have scheduling call to arrange the rest. Nobody called in the following week. We went on vacation. Now I'm calling and leaving messages and have not received a call back for a week. I would like this finished. Our installation was in November and it is April and they still haven't fixed this. Customers should not have to call repeatedly to have what they paid for completed in a timely manner. These windows better insulate from summer heat as advertised or they will have no redeeming qualities left. We won't buy windows from them again.
