I was an idiot for staying as long as I did. Maintenance as well as the staff are non-responsive to anything you need and are either never answering the phone or just not in the office at all. The apartment construction quality is not what it seems and I ALWAYS had problems. Don't plan on getting your deposit back either! I was sent an $1100 carpet replacement bill. I fought it and fought it and when I finally met with one of the two maintenance men, he admitted to me and my boyfriend that the "upgraded berber carpet" is actually very cheap and does stain and wear very quickly and easily. When I asked him, after what he acknowledged about the carpet, if other tenants that leave the complex have this same problem and get a bill for new carpet, he said yes. They replace the carpet nearly every time. Don't fall for it.
