Review content:
I had warranty work on my car at Jordan’s. I was not happy with the results. They did unauthorized work, and did not fix the things that I brought it in for, including some factory recalls. Numerous phone calls were not returned by the service manager. I was on hold for a half hour before I was able to talk with someone about the problems I had. Parts that I was assured were in were not. I was not satisfied and will not be going back.
