Businiess name:  Andrew Mark Klapper, M.D. - Outer Beauty
Review by:  Rosa G.
Review content:
Good: I had my breast operated by a surgeon on Staten Island that I did not know was not even a plastic surgeon. They were terrible. I went to see Dr.Klapper in Manhattan because he was referred to me by a doctor friend. Seems it is a well known fact that Dr.Klapper fixes alot of his colleagues breast work. They send him their patients. I thought there was no hope for mine. He fixed them by replacing the saline for silicone and adding Alloderm.. Bad: I liked everything. He is expensive but you get what you pay for returned in expertise and outcome.. Other: I know he now has one of the few Vectra 3D machines in NYC. It would have been helpful to be able to see what I would have looked like in 3D before surgery. That is definitely an added plus and my advice to any perspective implant patients. Go see in 3D what you would look like first on the Vectra..
