I agree with the one writer. I believe they are only after money. I booked a package of 4 IPL laser treatments and only received 1. When I attempted to make another appt, the nurse and machine where "unavailable", I was told I would be called when they were back. 3 weeks later and three trips to their office, I finally found out from the receptionist, that they no longer even had the IPL because it was owned by the nurse and the nurse was let go. When I demanded my money back, I was given the run around. The poor receptionist took my calls several times, but she said the owner had to make that decision. The owner (Rachel) never called me back. I finally ran into her on one of my multiple trips to find out what was going on. Only then did she say, I needed to go to where the nurse and machine had gone (to another practice). She was trying to dump me off on the nurse that left. Then she said she would give me "credit". I really just want my money back, but it seems I will be a client until I can use up my credit. The staff is wonderful and they really have tried to make things right. But the owner is stubborn and refuses to give good customer service. She doesn't seem to even know what is going on in her office. What a shame, a good medical spa in this area could have been a nice addition. I really think you should be warned before buying any long term packages from them.
